LPS is a focused, experienced European market-entry and business development firm based in the Munich, the high-tech capital of Germany. LPS offers an professional sales, marketing and business development capability to resource-strapped technology companies with short time-to-revenue requirements. The idea initially was born in 2012, briefly launched but then cocooned, and re-born late 2014 in a new shape. We hit the ground running with our direct approach to finding European customers and setting up business for our international clients. Principals
Peter Orre
Founder and Principal
Peter oversees Strategy, Sales, and Marketing services at LPS as well as business development. He is passionate about constant customer focus, lean business practices, and rapid business growth.
Prior to founding LPS, he worked in senior international marketing, sales, and business management positions for Fortune 100 ITC companies and start-ups in the US, France and Germany for over 20 years. He launched numerous successful products into the European markets, and built high-performance business teams.
Peter, a Swedish national, lives since 18 years in Munich, Germany. When not building new businesses he's an outdoor enthusiast and an avid guitar player and photographer.
Kerstin Andersson-Kucharik
Founder and Principal
Kerstin overlooks Sales, Channel & Distribution services at LPS as well as business development. She is customer focused, keen to discover new business opportunities, and has been key to building our client base.
Working out of Munich since many years, Kerstin has led channel business and sales development in Fortune 100 ITC companies and and international distributors, growing business and customers all over Europe, the Middle East and Africa, including extensive work in Eastern Europe. Her business savvy and channel sales & marketing expertise is legendary in the office!
Being a native Swede, Kerstin lives in Munich, Germany since over 20 years. In her free time she loves to spend time in the mountains, skiing and hiking with family and friends.

Tony Svensson
Executive Consultant
Tony is a Silicon Valley-based seasoned international ITC-focused sales and marketing executive who has built and led top-performing business teams across nine time zones for over 20 years. He has extensive knowledge and experience from the US start-up environment, and vast financial services and industry networks in the US and Europe.
At LPS, Tony overlooks US client relations and business development with focus on the Silicon Valley. He is an avid swimmer, road cyclist, and a 6-time Ironman finisher in Kona, Hawaii!
Tony lives and works in Palo Alto, California since the 1980s.
Dr. Karl Quint
Executive Consultant
Karl is a medical doctor & PhD with clinical experience in internal medicine, hepatology and pathology, and has broad experience in basic, clinical and translational research. As head of the Research Lab at the Institute for Surgical Research, University of Marburg, Germany he designed, lectured about, and performed molecular biology experiments and clinical studies in a wide range of areas. He is well connected with laboratories and clinics across Europe.
At LPS Karl focuses on eHealth & Life Science and loves to work with companies offering disruptive new medical technologies. He's a passionate photographer and gets a kick from drone flying!
Reinhold Pill
Executive Consultant
Reinhold has worked more than 20 years for U.S.-based companies in international Finance and Human Resources management positions before setting up his own business. He is passionate about all challenges involving human resources and organizational matters. Over the last years he supported multiple start-ups to get established in the German and European markets, and worked with established companies to achieve their Human Resources objectives.
At LPS, Reinhold focuses on HR and staffing strategy and top talent recruiting and management. Reinhold is based in Munich, Germany.
